Hi I have some problems with my obi. We have used obi+gv for several years. Since last update, we have a issue that we could only make outgoing call but the phone will never ring when someone calls.
I have made no change for my google account. Also the forward to my google chat has been checked.
The hangout in my iPad will ring when someone calls, but the obi will have no response on it.
Could anyone tell me how to set and make the obi work? Thanks a lot.
This is the first thing to check:
Log in to google.com/voice and go to the Settings Page. Under the Phones tab there is Google Chat which you say is enabled. Click on its Edit button and ensure the Ring Schedule options are appropriate.
