Title: Ported number to Anveo

I ported my number to Anveo. Then went to Obitalk to sign up for the special. Completed that process but my Obi200 does not have Anveo setup on SP1.  Tried the link to restore an existing Anveo account on SP1 but get the following error from Anveo "Unable to proceed.  Make sure you initiate this request from Obitalk portal"
My subscription package on Anveo show correctly as CanadaUnlimited but there is no SIP Trunk password / login available
