Title: SOLVED: "No Service Configured Error" with OBi200
Post by: pgdp123 on January 28, 2017, 12:03:13 PM
Hi, we recently installed an OBi200 adapter to use with our Google Voice account.

During setup we repeatedly got a "No Service Configured Error" recording when dialing the **9 222222222 test number and the **5 xxxx number to add the device through the OBi portal.

It turns out that an old, forgotten piece of hardware called a "CPR V5000 Call Blocker" had been installed on our phone line, between our primary DECT phone and the OBi200 adapter, out of sight on a back shelf.

Once we removed that Call Blocker device, the OBi200 adapter connected normally to Google Voice.

I hope this helps.

Yes, it did.  Thank you for posting it (even though this is
years later).  Did you ever get the two to work together?  I get harassing calls from differing #s several times a day and would rather just be able to press the large, red "block call" button.
