I see a setting (in my Obi200 settings) that's entitled Replace Google Account Credentials
So do I simply follow the link in that section?

Congratulations, you have answered your own question!
You weren't clear on whether you changed Google Voice numbers within the same/existing Google Voice account, or if you got a new/different Google Voice account. In either case, Google Voice is a service, like Gmail, Maps, Docs, Contacts, etc. All Google services are attached to a Google account. So, you need to be logged into the correct Google account (you@gmail.com) and then open another browser tab (Ctrl-T) and log into OBiTALK. From there, click the replace credentials link. Make sure that it shows the correct Gmail address when it asks you to confirm.
