Title: OBI504 and overhead paging

Has anyone successfully gotten the paging to work using the FXS Port 1? I can get it to work over my test set but when I connect my Valcom V-1036c speaker, I get a busy signal. I am assuming I need something to keep the speaker "off-hook". any suggestions?
