Title: Message Waiting Indication

I am using an OBI 1062 with voip.ms and am trying to get message waiting indication (MWI) working. I have the X_MWISubscribe box checked under the ITSP SIP Profile I am using, and I have the X_VMWIEnable and X_MessageCenterEnable boxes checked under SPx Service, Call Features.

I can see messages accumulating at the voip.ms site but I get no audible or visual notification on the phone. voip.ms says this feature is automatic on their system and needs no configuration at their end.

Any advice?

Got it figured out. It was a voicemail routing issue within the voip.ms configuration utility. My bad! All is operating well now.
