Title: OBi110 + FreePBX + CallerID line gets 401 error
Post by: sroot on June 16, 2017, 09:05:30 AM
I've just got an OBi110, followed an online guide and configured it to be FXO to my FreePBX and to my great pleasure everything worked great first time.

That was on my fax line, which does not have caller ID.

However, when I plugged it into my analog phone line with caller ID, incoming calls don't reach the FreePBX.  I can see in the OBi110 history
'End Call (401 Unauthorized)'
and in FreePBX I can see

Where 01234-4567891 is the caller ID.

In case it is relevant, when using the fax line, the caller-ID on the FreePBX extension shows as 'OBITRUNK1' if I remember correctly, the trunk name I set.

Can anyone suggest how I can fix this please, I'm sure it's my failure to configure properly rather than anything more fundamental.

Thanks
Steve
