When in expert configuration mode I'm not entirely clear the difference between Reset OBi Expert Config and Revert to OBiTALK.

Since the factory default seems to be to use OBiTALK does Reset OBi Expert Config essentially default back to using OBiTALK?
Since Revert to OBiTALK uses settings from Obihai does that essentially Reset the OBi Expert Config as well?
