After 7 months of uninterrupted service my OBI200 stopped working. I receive a a service message, "Backing Off : TCP connection to ***.***.***.** failed". Additionally, the phone LED light (light on the right) is dark. Any suggestions? I did try to reset my configurations.

Read the other threads of the last couple of days that have "backing off" in the title.
Similar problem, last time this happened was in 2015 (based on past threads) and there was a firmware update.
My guess is the problem is with OBI...they should post something on their website. Sent them a email...have not heard if anyone is working on this issue.
