Title: Call Forwording
Post by: apacheis on August 16, 2011, 09:26:54 PM
Hi,

I have OBi110.  I wil like to have 3 incoming calls on sp2 be forwarded to a speed dial number 222-2323 which then places the call over the PSTN.

---->VOIP--->PSTN.

Currently I'm able to have AA answers and then the user press option 2 (to make a call).  and then type in 222-2323#.   The call then go over the PSTN to the number 222-2323.

I will basically like to remove AA and allow only these 3 numbers, when comes in on sp2, be forwarded directly to 222-2323.

Thanks,
RH

Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> X_InboundCallRoute:

{(12345550001|12345550002|12345550003):li(2222323)},{ph}

Incoming calls on SP2 from 12345550001, 12345550002, and 12345550003 will be forwarded to 222-2323 using the LINE Port.  All other callers will be sent to the PHONE Port.

No Speed Dial is used.  Speed Dials can only be used from the PHONE Port.
