Would anyone know of a reliable VoIP service in Brazil? I would like to be able to use it to call any fixed number or cell phone number, within Brazil, at the least expensive rate. I already have GV and CallCentric setup on my OBi 200 along with a local PSTN line using the OBiLine, but local cell phone and long distance calls are expensive so I am looking for an alternative.
I thought I saw a posting on the forum, where someone mentioned a Brazilian Voip service but I lost the link.
