Title: Cannot receive Calls

I could use some help. I am using an OBI202 and google voice. I can make outgoing calls from home phone without an issue however when receiving a call the phone rings but when I pickup it is dead and the caller receives a message that says google subscriber cannot be reached. Any help would greatly appreciated..
