Hi

I have a simple question but I couldn't find the answer.

If I dial 0[1-5]23456789, I want the Obi box to dial 0033[1-5]23456789 (Add 0033 and remove the first 0 )

Actually, I want to convert the local format telephone number to international format.

<0:0033>[1-5]xxxxxxxx
