Title: One Way Audio with out going calls
Post by: dgunn on March 26, 2018, 07:30:05 AM
We have been using OBi for a few months.  It has been working fine.  Ported landline to cell then Google voice still fine until the last 2 weeks.  With an outgoing call, the recipient can hear me but I can't hear them.  When they call me back everything is good.  I am not very technical on this stuff so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does rebooting the router and 5 minutes later rebooting the OBi give you bothway audio on outgoing calls, at least for a while?

I am not sure.  The problem is intermitting.  If seems to be working now.  If I have the problem again I will give it a try.  Will unplugging each work?
