Hi Everyone,

I am still new to obitalk so im hoping its something simple I am overlooking. I have it all hooked up and can make an outgoing call fine using a landline phone plugged into the jack. However if i call my google voice number it will not ring that landline phone. I get the notification from my google voice app that I have a incoming call but the physical phone plugged into the obitalk jack does not ring.
Any help is appreciated.

In the settings at google.com/voice (not on your OBi device or the Obitalk portal) have you ticked 'Google Chat' as a forwarding destination?

It was the chat feature not checked. Thanks for the help! All good now.
