Title: Switched to CallCentric but cannot get phone to ring

Already tried *79. I get a recording saying person is unavailable and to leave message. Won't ring through.

You need to be a bit less terse.

What have you configured on the OBi and at callcentric?  What phone won't ring - yours on incoming or other end on outgoing?  And any other relevant info.

This is on incoming calls. No special configuration on either end. CallCntric provided this detail:

your Obi110 is specifically rejecting our test call with a "486 Busy Here" status. The following is the exact packet we're receiving back from your Obi110:

1. If that 919 number is yours I suggest you edit your post.

2. I dialled that number.  It rang. On the first ring I hung up.

Thanks for testing but no ring came through. When I try from my cell I get a half ring and immediately goes to Vmail

I tied again and yes it went to VM.

Suggest you ***8 reset your OBi and reconfigure with your Callcentric credentials.
