My landline carrier was optimum online. I have ported the number to Verizon Mobile. But Google Voice still says it's landline (so does https://www.phonevalidator.com/). Called Verizon and they said it's mobile in their system
How could I fix this problem?

Yes, it has been 3 weeks since the port-over.
You will need to contact Verizon to solve that problem.
