Title: obi110 with simonics GV - cant call out no service configured; GV incoming OK

still uinsg my obi100 with simonics gateway. yesterday I noticed I couldnt dial out on my land line- dont know when i  last tried. message says no service configured, but I had a working simonics account set up. My settings look OK both on the obi and simonics page so I cant figure out why I cant call out.

any ideas?
