Title: Obi200 with Google Voice and Anveo911 - not working

Hello. I have been using an Obi100 with Google Voice and Anveo911 service for well over a year with absolutely no issues. Two weeks ago I received an email stating my Obi100 would no longer be supported as Google Voice is getting an upgrade in June. So I went ahead and purchased an Obi200.

I am trying to set it up, this is what I've done so far:


And now nothing works. I've repeated this process many times, still not working. Has anyone else received the same error/issue?

If you log into OBiTalk, look at your device in the dashboard and see if it has an exclamation point in a triangle. That is the firmware upgrade button.

GV has had a lot of changes in its integration with OBi and if your FW is too far behind, GV won't work properly in one of the SP slots.

Give that a try and let us know if that fixes your issue ;)
