Starting just a few days ago I've noticed some changes in the caller ID name field. In particular some entries starting with the letter 'V' followed by 19 numerical digits.
For example see these calls from my log:
From 'V6071609060037685770' SP2(+15074432522)
From 'V6061408070037021438' SP2(+13132518631)
From 'V6061013150037187408' SP2(+17342458674)
From 'V6041712480021395283' SP2(+17179371009)
So far, all callers with this particular entry type have been spam/telemarketers/etc. I've been using digit maps to filter on some particularly annoying repetitive callers based upon their caller ID number. Is it possible to filter on the caller ID name field, and if so can someone recommend a digit map to key on the above format?
My VOIP setup uses an OBi200 with Google Voice, currently running firmware 3.2.2 (Build: 5859EX).
Thanks!

I also just started noticing this. Strange.
AFAIK, it's not possible to filter on CNAM.

I initially thought the Vxxxxx... name was something Google Voice was adding to the caller ID, but a friend of mine with a Magic Jack says that he has seen the same thing from it. I don't know if the Vxxxx... identifier stays the same or changes with repeat calls from the same number, as I've been actively blocking them via Google Voice.

Unfortunately that seems to be the case as azrobert confirms... unless I want to setup a PBX. Maybe a future firmware update to the OBi unit will enable this...
Thanks,
