Title: New Obi200 unable to add Obi device

I am attempting to set up my new Obi200 however I cant register the device.
I can reach the obi servers at the 222 number

What I have attempted:

Updated the software
Changed the DNS on the Browser config page
Turned on and off SIP Alg in the Modem/router config page.

Any one have any other thoughts?

Exactly what happens when you dial the **5xxxx ?

The connection says the request has been sent to the server.  If I can connect to the 222-222-222 number does that mean I have a valid connection?  I am starting to wonder if it's something in the Firewall on Century Links modem.
