Title: Rcvd calls ring, announce and say select 1 to answer, then hangs up!! Help

So this service with google voice has worked well for a couple of years, now in the last several months, it disconnects when I try to answer the phone at home. 

I can still call out without problems. 

It rings, I answer, it announces the caller and says "Select 1 to Answer"  I press one, and it disconnects. 

Anyone know how to fix this?

It shouldn't disconnect,  but try the following:

Log into your gmail acct.
After logging in, bring up the page https://voice.google.com/settings
Scan down to "Screen Calls"
Deactivate (on/off button to left and greyed, not blue)
