I am using one of the ITSP and SP to connect a softphone with my OBi200. I've followed the instructions on the forum to use 127.0.0.1 and etc for typically using softphone SIP software as an extension. To be specific I'm using the Bria softphone on Windows. These are the problems:
1. If I put a call on hold for about 20 seconds it drops with 603 media inactivity.
2. If I call someone and they don't answer/when it should go to their voicemail I get dropped with 603 media inactivity.
3. If I try to start a 3-way conference call if won't have any ringing sound while it's calling the third party and if they don't answe/if it drops then I'm not able to attempt again without an auto fail. I would have to redial the second party and then I could retry the third party.
Thank you. OBi200 w/ latest firmware configured through Obitalk. Aside from those caveats incoming and outgoing work to my softphone on my local network connecting via SIP to the Obi.
