Title: New OBI110 Flash Red Power LED

I just got my OBI110 today and plugged in the Ethernet cord, phone cord to phone, and then plugged in the power cable.  When I plugged it in, the power LED was flashing red (I think it's red, color blind so sometimes it makes it difficult).  It's been about an hour now of it flashing red and nothing has changed.  Even though it's connected to my router, my router has not shown a link connection to the device.  The phone connected doesn't work either.  The only LED doing anything is the blinking red power.

At this point, what should I do?  I haven't unplugged it or done anything with it since I plugged it in.
