I set up Obi202 trusted caller by giving name and my mobile phone numner in obitalk.com trusted caller page.
I entered full 11 digits. When I call from my mobile, it still goes to phone instead of AA. How can I make it go to auto attendant.
You did not say which ITSP you are using.
You may need the + as well as the 11 digits. Check the format of the CallerID that is being received by your OBi. You can do that by looking at the OBi's Call History. That is only visible by logging in to the device locally. Do you know how to do that on a 202?
