Title: Could not complete your call /there is no call route available

im in the us (ca) and just trying to dial a local number. i feel like about once a week now im getting error messages. ive never heard the call route message though. i am a total newb to this. please advise

Have you checked the Call History log?  It may have more helpful error codes, or you may even find you misdialed a number.
