error says no call route aavaialble to compete call or it will just say we cannot complete your call. this happens once a week or so . i am a total nwebie at this technology. please advise. in laymens terms:)
The "no route" version is generated by the OBi device. The "could not complete your call" version is probably generated by Google Voice - you did not say you are using GV.
The causes of these two can be subtley different. Please confirm that you are hearing both or if only one, which?
