Title: Unable add the device to my dashboard
Post by: RULjrcs on August 19, 2018, 04:47:37 PM
I'm attempting to setup my Obi200. I have it directly connected to an extender access point and the device pulls a local DHCP address. Power light on the device is a sold green and activity led is flashing intermittently as expected with data transfer. I cannot dial **222 222 222 (No service configured error).
When attempting to register on the Obitalk website, I will get the **5 xxxx. Once dialed it states "**5 xxxx has been sent to the server" but this process times out without registering the device. I have also selected and deselected the "I want to configure Google Voice on this device." without any success.
I'm missing something here. Thank you.

Do a factory reset on the device and try again.

If that is really what you are dialling it casts doubt on your ability to read and follow instructions.

Th echo test requires that you dial **9 222 222 222.

Sorry, it is **9 222 222 222 that I'm dialing.

A_Friend - Factory reset did the trick. Thank you.
