so, after much trouble, great help here got me going... using 202 And 110 together, working as I need, but
calling Walmart pharmacy, to renew drugs... Their system answers with " press 1 for english"
I could Not connect, dis-connect, even got Walmart Canada.. they said, try a different phone, so
I used wall phone, got 'press one' etc, conneted, ordered ok....
the question IS... any way, to use my Obahai connected phones to get past the " press one for english?"

If DTMFMethod in the General section of the relevant ITSP Profile is set to "Auto" try changing it to "Inband".

no worky... I"m still getting walmart canada, fellow I spoke to said, its a problem on THEIR end... so, I won't mess with mine anymore... I did want to post this, in case anybody else is having same problems...
