No contacts showing in contacts app. Tried to reload via bluetooth from linked cellphone. Still no contacts showing. All other functions normal. Have tried a reboot and FW update.
WHAT contacts app? There is no such thing on an OBi ATA. Are you talking about the contacts stored on an OBi IP phone?
Yes. When I select "Contacts" on the phone, there is nothing there. I have tried to load the phonebook from my cellphone via bluetooth connection, but that does not work either.
Instead of doing that, import your Google Contacts. There is a button on the OBiTALK web portal settings page for the phone, to do just that.
That works, but I've lost the photos and some of the entries. Thanks!
