Title: People can not hear what we say

we have 60M download /15M upload stream from comcast business line

around 10 of 3 phone call,
clearly we hear that, but people have a hard to understand what we said

we are using OBi1022

Do we have any suggestion?

I am trying to understand what you are talking about. Is it that you have one-way audio? If so, log into your router and disable SIP ALG.

many times, we hear very clearly, but some inbound phone, people can't hear what we talk clearly

It happens everyday...:(

Try increasing the ChannelRxGain in the Phone Port settings in OBi Expert Configuration
