we have 60M download /15M upload stream from comcast business line
around 10 of 3 phone call,
clearly we hear that, but people have a hard to understand what we said
we are using OBi1022

I am trying to understand what you are talking about. Is it that you have one-way audio? If so, log into your router and disable SIP ALG.
many times, we hear very clearly, but some inbound phone, people can't hear what we talk clearly
It happens everyday...:(
