Title: Unable to connect OBI200

I am setting up OBI 200 for the first time and cant go past the "Add oBi device" by dialing the **5 # from the handset.  I get the automated message saying the number has been sent to the server but then the web page times out. 
I am with WOW internet using ARRIS SurgBoard SB6190. 
I have updated the software by dialing ***6 and changed the DNSServer1 to 4.2.2.2
