Title: How to call out on SP3?
Post by: idahowayne on October 22, 2018, 11:32:03 AM
Have Obi 202 connected to a 2 line phone. Phone Power on SP1, Google Voice on SP2. Have just added Anveo  on SP 3. Can receive calls on Anveo # and Obi has automatically given me distinctive rings , so all is well on the receive side.
How do I call out on the Anveo #? or on anything I may install on SP3 or SP4?

Prefix the dialed number with **2 to route to SP2.

You can get fancy and route 10 digits to SP1 and 11 digits to SP2 or route calls by area code. These will require config changes.

The default settings are that prefixing a number with **n, where n is 1 through 4, routes the call out on SPn.
