Title: I have obi 200 but its hows EOL message

I have obi 200 but once the setup was finished it started showing that I have legacy device "soft phone"

The OBi100 and OBi110 has reached it's end of life (EOL) status and are no longer supported.
Please upgrade to a more recent OBi device to receive support.


I have the latest device - how do I fix this?!

Unless you want to use Google Voice with an OBi100 or OBi110 you can ignore the 'End of Life' messages.

There is nothing to fix.

If you're really that worried about the softphone, click on Edit Profile (left column) and scroll to bottom and uncheck "View Softphone on Dashboard" and click on Submit.
