Title: Backing Off (677s):Authentication error
Post by: jmsnyc on September 11, 2011, 10:58:28 AM
I am trying to configure my sipgate account as my 2nd provider.  I have google voice as my first.

I copy the sip credentials directly from my sipgate account:

I provide auth-username: my sip ID from sipgate and auth-password: my sip password.  I then use sipgate.com as proxy and outbound proxy blank.

I get the following error. Backing Off (677s):Authentication error
Google Voice on SP1 works fine

Solution:  I forgot this:

Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> X_ServProvProfile : B

Thanks RonR.

What exactly did you enter in the voice settings. I still cannot get Sipgate to work on it. Thanks! Nevermind, it's working now. ;-)
