Very strange. Just started getting this error message when I attempt to dial out using my Obihai 1062 with Google Voice. Incoming calls work just fine. I made an outgoing call about 30 mins ago and just tried to make another one and got that message.
Any ideas?

Looks like its a system wide failure
I, too, am getting 403 and unable to make or receive any calls. Is anyone making any progress on a resolution?
Is this a GV or ORBI issue?
GV seems to be fine. With Polycom's lack of response, it would appear to be a planned shutdown.
