I'd like to see whatever evidence you have that Obihai/Polycom was in any way to blame for this outage.

The complete lack of communication from them is the big issue for most of us here. A simple "we are working on the issue.." would have sufficed for most people...
What's unacceptable. is that you are using Google Voice, which has no guaranteed service level, and does have outages once in a while, was down for what, a half hour or so, and you're making a stink. Use another service provider if you can't deal with what you chose to use.
