Title: GV Voicemail
Post by: protron on November 15, 2018, 08:55:37 AM
hello, I'm new here. I recently purchased the obi200 and set it up quickly.

right now I have a google voice number and when called it rings to my cell phone and my obi200 corded phone at same time.

when the phone call is not answered it leaves a the voice mail on my cell phone provider voicemail, not google voice or the corded phone.

I would like it if leaves a voicemail on my google voice service.

also would like it if I can have the phone ring on my cell phone and corded phone during business hours and after 5pm it rings just on the corded phone.

if anyone has a solution to these issues please let me know.

Who is your cell phone provider?  Some may let you extend the ring time before voicemail kicks in.

Go to your Legacy Google Voice, Settings and select the Phones tab.  Each forwarding destination has an edit button where you can configure such things.
