Title: Newbie here
Post by: Anastasia227 on November 24, 2018, 12:40:17 PM
Hi there,
I am new to this.  I had the device for a few yrs but have not set it up.
*9,222222222 works fine.  However, i can't proceed to 30# option, tells me it is invalid.
Do I need to upgrade firmware, and if so how do I do that?

Eventually I would like to use Freephoneline.ca, is there a coles notes version on how to do this?

Many many thanks!

If you want success with an OBi you need to become more accurate.

*9,222222222 does not work fine.

What are you trying to do that requires "30#" option? And how are you trying to reach that option?

The firmware of your new OBi should be automatically upgraded soon after it is successfully added to your Dashboard. There is a temporary fault on the Obihai servers which is causing attempts to add devices to fail. Lots of current posts about that. Nothing you can do but wait for Obihai to resolve that.
