Title: New OBi200 setup. **5 keeps timing out

I am having trouble setting this new device up. I have tried several different FW versions (even though I see where somebody says this won't matter). I tried resetting the device, changing the DNS to 4.2.2.2, checking and unchecking Google Voice setup, and it still won't add the device. I can get the echo test and I see in the network settings where it recognizes when I pick up the phone.

There are 2 green lights on the device and the hardware appears to be working properly.

Are there any further troubleshooting steps I can take before I return this thing?

It is not unknown for the Obihai server to fall over and be a day or two before it gets fixed.  Wait and see if there are more posts about the same problem.
