Title: Inconsistent 1062

I have 5 1062's in our office using GV.
Sometime, incoming calls are muted on both ends.
After about 20 seconds, the call is automatically disconnected.
Other times, the calls are totally fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Desperate for help here.

Maybe someone who's an expert would be willing to screenshare or help in some way?
