Title: Comcast, Google Voice, and Obi Issues

In the past month I "upgraded" to the newest Comcast router/modem and this screwed-up my telecommunications. 

I am now:

a. Unable to call out on Google Voice
b. I *AM* still able to call out on Callcentric
c. My Obi device is wholly unreachable to incoming calls.  This includes reaching it through the Obitalk network.

Is anyone else having these problems?  Anyone know what the heck is different with the new Comcast router -- a different firewall ruleset?
