Title: New Obi200 Doesn't receive calls

So my old Obi100 died. I just set up my new Obi200 with my Vestalink information. I can make calls, but no calls are being received. Is there something new to set up with the Obi200? Or do I need to wait a bit longer to try over again? I set everything up on Obitalk using the BYOD information on Vestalink's page. I actually had to get my password there via e-mail from their customer service. I know at least something is set up correctly because I can make calls.
any suggestions? Or do I have a defective device?

Are you sure you have the SIP password, not your password for logging in to your Vestalink account?  It is quite common that calls can be made from, but not received on, an endpoint that is not SIP registered.
