Title: Obi unable to identify callers coming in and unable to pass on caller id numbers
Post by: forumnewuser on February 26, 2019, 11:35:25 AM
Is anyone else having issues with their obi identifying incoming callers?

For example with Incomingcallroute as:
{(1xxxxxxxxxx|xxxxxxx):sp2(14151234567>12345678901)},{ph}
eleven or seven digit numbers should bridge a call using sp2 passing callerid 14151234567 and call 12345678901 correct?

no matter what the rule it seems, calls just go through to ph.  any conditions, any callerid is ignored on all rules.

Any assistance/suggestions would be most greatly appreciated.

is this because only google voice is being used and no other sip itsp?

Log in locally (not on the portal) to the OBi and look at Call History and see if GV is sending CID in the format you expect.
