Title: OBi2182 Can't add to ObiTalk portal

I just received my New OBi2182 IP Phone

There are 2 things going on.

1 - When I enter my OBi2182 IP address I get http://192.168.1.10/pro_users/login
the page that is brought up is Spiceworks and wants me to Login. What's up with that?
[SOLVED]
I set a Static IP on the phone Settings Menu so that's taken care of.

2 - When I went to add a device to the ObiTalk I entered **5 and the 4 digit number. It sat there and timed out after about a minute.
I called Polycom, and of course, they were closed.
[SOLVED]
I successfully added the OBi2182 to the Dashboard.

it sometimes takes longer than a minute.  it can take up to 3 minutes
