Hi there;

Some inbound calls are being sent directly to voicemail. I've looked through obi expert but cannot see what's causing it.

The phone is used by an elderly lady, who I suspect has mis-dialled some star codes and invertedly blocked some numbers.

Try the following:

*79 or *73 or *87
It fixed mine.
