This should be obvious to anyone with a minimal level of tech knowledge, but given that we've seen so many non-techie/newbie posters:
Like most other network appliances, OBiTALK devices come with a default web server sign-in of username=admin and password=admin.
The default password should be changed immediately, since this is an actively-exploited security exposure.

Either use the OBiTALK portal: http://www.obitalk.com/obinet/pg/obhdev (http://www.obitalk.com/obinet/pg/obhdev) or the device's built-in web server to change the password.
