When I try to call out, I receive a ton of beeps before getting a dialtone. Is there a way to eliminate all these beeps?
It's called a 'stutter dialtone' and indicates you have voicemail waiting. You can stop it be reading your voicemail or disable it at:
Voice Services -> SPx Service -> MWIEnable : (unchecked)
