In Google hangouts on my ipad, I can dial international numbers, since I have some credit. It seems to be driven by + before the country code. My cordless phone can't do a + nor does 011 work. I found links referencing links that leads to a 8 page affair that goes off the rails. Is there something I can configure, so some digit sequence on my cordless will indicate the next number is a country code ?

Add {(<011:+>xx.):sp1}, to the begining of the PHONE Port > OutboundCallRoute.
Change sp1 to the SP slot you have assigned for GoogleVoice.
Now just use 011 and it will be replaced with +
