Title: Obi200 - Cannot setup, tried all day

New Obi200, have tried all day to setup. Updated firmware, tweaked router, reset router, still same no service and no echo test. No customer support from obi on weekends. Very frustrated, looks like Anazon needs this thing back! Nothing we try works.

Do you hear dial tone when you take the phone off hook?

If yes, dial ***1 and report back here exactly what you hear.

Note that you MUST use a TouchTone phone or a dual mode phone that is set to tone dialling.  Obis do not work with pulse dialling phones.

Thank you so very much. Your questions made me wonder if the phone might be the issue, as it has some age on it now. Picked up a cheap, new phone and all issues melted away. We are up and running. Appreciate the help!
